Police Find Stockpile Of Guns While Searching George Zimmerman’s Home

George Zimmerman the former neighborhood watchman who was acquitted in the murder trial of 17-year old Trayvon Martin, was arrested last week after allegedly pointing a shotgun in the face of his girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe. Check out what the Police found while searching Zimmerman's home.

The 30-year old was charged with battery, criminal mischief and felony aggravated assault with a weapon in the case. He was released the day after his arrest after posting $9000 bail.

TMZ reports that a subsequent search of the home Zimmerman shared with Scheibe turned up a stockpile of weapons belonging to him (see pic above).

Police found an AR-15 assault rifle, 3 handguns, a pocket knife and a Kel-Tec shotgun, the same one he’s accused of pointing at Scheibe. No word on if all of the guns were obtained legally.

Scheibe kicked him out of her home after last week’s incident and at this point it’s not known where Zimmerman is living.
