News: 10 Celebrities Caught With Fake Air Jordans

Though they may have a little extra income at their disposal, celebrities are prone to buying fake sneakers like anybody else. With a need for ego-feeding exclusivity and locked up schedules, the famous don't always make informed decisions or keep an eye on what their stylists are sending their way. As a result, they're often shipped outright knockoffs or flawed early release pairs from China.

The issue came to a head last week, when sneakerheads challenged Jim Jones on the authenticity of his 'Ring Night' Air Jordan 11 Ray Allen PE. Only two pairs were produced by Jordan Brand for Ray Allen, but a healthy amount of replicas are currently listed on eBay.  Jim Jones owns one of those replicas, but seemed poised to prove that his connections run deeper than those of even the biggest non-famous collectors. Like most celebs when they're caught with fake product, Jones labeled naysayers as "haters" who are "mad because they don't have them." Right.

But don't fret, Capo. You're not the only celebrity out here stunting in fake Jordans - these are the 10 worst instances.

Lil Wayne Releasing 2 Albums This Year

Lil Wayne will release not one, but two solo studio albums this year. So much for those retirement plans.

The New Orleans-bred rapper revealed plans for a second album during his latest Weezy Wednesdays webisode. "This year, not only will I be dropping Tha Carter V, but I'm dropping two albums. Be looking forward to two albums, two albums from me because... I been out the game for a second," he said.

The extra LP became necessary after he realized the amount of material he recorded for Tha Carter V. But it won't stop there. Wayne also plans to release additional projects in 2015. "I went to work on Tha Carter V and I don't stop working, so it was either Tha Carter V gonna be 93 songs, or we're gonna have to figure this out. So what we said was, 'Alright, we're going to drop two albums this year, then we're going to probably end up dropping like seven next year," he said.

In other news, Weezy recently announced plans to head out on tour with Young Money label-mate Drake. The 31-city tour will kick off Aug. 8 and go through Cincinnati, Virginia Beach, Charlotte, Atlanta, Austin and Los Angeles before wrapping up Sept. 27 in Woodlands, Texas—with additional dates to come depending on ticket sales.

No release date has yet been revealed for Tha Carter V or the currently untitled second album.

Former 'Drake & Josh' star claims Lil Za took the 'coke wrap' for Justin Bieber

It's pretty clear that Justin Bieber does not have a fan in Drake Bell. The former "Drake & Josh" star took to Twitter on Wednesday to share with his nearly 3 million Twitter followers his thoughts on Bieber's alleged egging of his neighbor's house. The incident led to the raid of the singer's Los Angeles mansion to look for evidence, which subsequently resulted in the arrest of his friend, rapper Lil Za, for felony drug possession. Bieber was not placed under arrest in the event. However, Bell came to his own conclusions, suggesting Lil Za was covering for Bieber. Boxing Main Event: Kendrick Lamar and TDE vs GQ Magazine

According to AllHipHop.com and a host of other media outlets buzzing around the web, Kendrick Lamar and his team are calling out GQ for the use of racial overtones in their cover story. The popular "Men of the Year" issue portrayed images that were "not accurate and felt biased," says Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith.

GQ editor-in-chief, Jim Nelson seems baffled by the upset.

“Kendrick Lamar is one of the most talented new musicians to arrive on the scene in years. That’s the reason we chose to celebrate him, wrote an incredibly positive article declaring him the next King of Rap, and gave him our highest honor: putting him on the cover of our Men of the Year issue. I’m not sure how you can spin that into a bad thing, and I encourage anyone interested to read the story and see for themselves. We were mystified and sorely disappointed by Top Dawg’s decision to pull him at the last minute from the performance he had promised to give. The real shame is that people were deprived of the joy of seeing Kendrick perform live. I’m still a huge fan.” 
Here's the thing: America is not accustomed to young African descendants being so outspoken on the rebuttal with power companies like GQ. Generally, the excitement, and appreciation would over shadow any other feelings I guess. Well not this time. Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith says they can't go for that.

"The interview portrayed him and his company in a negative light and he won’t stand for it. To say he was ‘surprised at our discipline’ is completely disrespectful … Kendrick deserved to be accurately documented. The racial overtones immediately reminded everyone of a time in hip-hop that was destroyed by violence, resulting in the loss of two of our biggest stars [Tupac and B.I.G.] … As a result of this misrepresentation, I pulled Kendrick from his performance at GQ’s annual Man Of The Year party. While we think it’s a tremendous honor to be named as one of the Men Of The Year, these lazy comparisons and offensive suggestions are something we won’t tolerate.”

DMX Behind Bars… Again

Ruff Ryder emcee, DMX spent three hours in a jail cell last night in South Carolina. The rapper, born Earl Simmons, was arrested in front of the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, Monday evening. South Carolina officers were well aware of Simmons' past troubles with the law, including the fact that his drivers license is currently suspended. When he was seen driving up to the airport, police became suspicious and decided to pull him over. When he couldn't produce a valid license, his fate was sealed. He was charged with driving with a suspended license, and having no car tag or insurance.

DMX’s year continues its transformation from bad to worst. In the past four months he has become an easy target for police, being arrested for possession of marijuana and for failure to appear in court, on separate occasions. Hopefully he will clean up his act before he gets sent away for a significant amount of time again.

Just got this in my weekly update from chuckcreekmur check it out!

Word on the street is that Stevie J is asking his baby mama to chill out! She apparently has been causing him much stress and strife. Last week, AHH broke the news that Stevie J seemingly owed his ex over one million in back child support of their two kids. He hasn't exactly denied the allegations, but she certainly has her paperwork in order.

Anyway, he definitely it a bit shook, in terms of having his business out in the street. According to Radar Online, he asked for her to chill the hell out with these press conference stuff she was doing at the time.

”What’s going on, uh I see all this press it’s going crazy and then I see something ’bout a press conference on October 31. I would ask you not to do a press conference…so let’s try to figure out what we doing, what’s goin’ on aight?”

She didn't respond and had the press conference anyway, according to reports. I'm glad I don't have any baby moms, because this seems like it could take years off your life.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Sue YouTube Cofounder Over Leaked Proposal Footage

According to E! News, Kanye and Kim allege in court documents, that YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley "tagged along with someone who was invited" to witness Kanye popping the question, but he was allowed to stay after signing a confidentiality agreement prohibiting him from posting videos or images from that night. How cheesy we've become as a society man this is really sad. Apparently a number of sites participated in the distaste once the fuzzy 2 and a half minute video surfaced courtesy of Hurly's new venture, MixBit, a collaborative video app. Ye of course allowed cameras to shoot for possible show footage, and naturally with Keeping Up With the Kardashians airing on E!, E! News obtained an exclusive clip of the official footage to televise and post online the next day. 

The law suit says: "Exclusive rights, such as those sold by plaintiffs to publication of video of the event, are particularly valuable. If people violate these rights... they are of substantially diminished value. Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else."

E! News says, "the couple is asking for unspecified damages for alleged breach of contract, fraud and unjust enrichment. Hurley has not returned requests for comment."

Speculation that friends and family members, posted photos on Twitter and Instagram from the proposal are irrelevant in my opinion. No one had authorization to video document the event, and share as stated in the aforementioned confidentiality agreement. The shameless plug was super obvi by Hurley using his app to share the video. Don't bother with the cold stare Chad, you were dead wrong. North West might end up owning YouTube for that silly little error. Moral of the story here guys, respect each others' privacy, and don't market your products at someones event (of any kind) without their consent.

Chris Brown Checks Into Anger Management

TMZ announced singer Chris Brown has checked into a rehab facility for anger management issues. Brown was dropped off to the facility yesterday by his attorney, Mark Geragos.

Brown was arrested in DC over the weekend after allegedly punching a guy in the nose. The L.A. County probation department is doing the maximum in its investigation to determine if Brown had violated his probation in the Rihannacase.

TMZ sources suggest that Brown flew off to L.A. after getting released from the D.C. jail and met with L.A. County Probation Department officials. Sources also report that his mom and GF Karrueche accompanied him to the facility.

If the judge decides Brown violated his probation, he could sentence him to as much as 4 years in prison.

Chris Brown Arrested For Felony Assault

Chris Brown was arrested in Washington D.C. this morning (Oct. 27) for felony assault after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel, TMZ reports.

According to ABC News, a D.C. police spokeswoman said Brown got into an argument with a man outside the W Hotel at 15th and Pennsylvania Avenue at 4:30 a.m. Brown reportedly began punching the man after the situation got heated. Officials believe he was not under the influence of anything at the time of the incident.

CNN reports that Brown's bodyguard was also jailed following the altercation.

Brown is currently in custody and will be held until court on Monday (Oct. 28), since he is not eligible for release until seeing a judge, a source told ABC News. As for the other man, TMZ has learned that he's being evaluated at a D.C. hospital.

This arrest could be very bad news for Brown, considering he is still on probation for the Rihanna beating case. If he did violate his probation with this incident, worst case scenario, Brown could be sentenced to nearly four years in prison.

He was in D.C. to host a Howard University Homecoming after party.
