According to Mashable, an Instagram account with nearly 7,900 followers was created with intent to expose and intimidate violent crime witnesses in Philadelphia, Penn. The anonymous user posted more than 150 photos and outed more than 30 witnesses since February, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. The "rats215" account was removed from the site Thursday night.
